![]() ![]() I got really good at avoiding aggro that day, and at using the terrain to my advantage when running from mobs. But I didn't care, I had climbed the mountain and I was going to plant my flag, by god. I set my home point to the Jeuno mog house, knowing full well that this would be a major problem until I leveled up quite a bit. I was jubilant when I made it through the gates to Jeuno and saw the pile of AFKs outside the city. In total the trek took me the entire day, and I deleveled at least once. There were so many things we forgot about. One time a friend and I went back to XI and brought with us, about five years of muscle memory from XIV. Those goblins were sneaky little shits because they’d just come out of nowhere. Most of the time, you never knew if something aggroed you until it started to slap you. I get anxiety just thinking about those death-marches into Dunes and then Jeuno. Check out the new 1-119 guide on BG Wiki. Coming from FFXIV? Check out our FFXIV->FFXI page.
